UrDinkel-Brot ohne Hefe

für Cakeform von 24-26 cm Länge

300 g UrDinkel-Weissmehl
200 g UrDinkel-Ruchmehl
2 Teelöffel Salz
2 Teelöffel Backpulver
125 g Quark
ca. 3 dl Milch oder Wasser

Mehl, Salz und Backpulver mischen. Quark und Milch verrühren, beigeben. Zu einem Teig zusammenfügen.

Teig zu einer Rolle drehen, in die mit Backpapier ausgelegte Form geben.

Backen

In der Mitte des auf 200 °C vorgeheizten Ofens 40-45 Minuten backen.
