for approx. 15 lollies
110 g Sablés (shortbread biscuits) with PureSpelt and whole almonds
Approx. 90 g of mascarpone
50 g of chocolate, finely chopped
A little cinnamon
1/2 an orange, grated peel and a few drops of juice
1-2 packets of chocolate glaze (Kuchenglasur), melted according to the instructions on the packet
Sugar beads according to taste
Put the PureSpelt biscuits (Sablés) in a plastic bag and crush them finely using a pastry roller. Mix the crumbs with the mascarpone, chocolate, cinnamon, orange peel and a little orange juice until it become a formable mixture, cover and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Form the mixture into nut-sized balls and leave to cool in the refrigerator for a further 20 minutes.
Decorations: Insert a wooden stick into each ball, dip into the liquid chocolate glaze, drain well and decorate according to taste using stamped out marzipan stars, sugar beads, etc.
Enjoy the lollies while fresh and store in a cool place.
