100 g PureSpelt flakes 100 g of seed mix, e.g. pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds, pine nuts 50 g of nuts, e.g. cashew nuts, chopped 1-2 teaspoons of chili flakes 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey 2 teaspoons of pumpkin seed or hazelnut oil 1 egg white
For the granola, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper and roast in the middle of the oven preheated to 150°C for 15-20 minutes, mixing everything thoroughly 2-3 times during this time. Remove the granola from the oven, allow it to cool down and keep it dry and cool until you are ready to enjoy it.
Spicy granola tastes delicious when sprinkled over salads, vegetables and soups, or simply as a snack between meals.
