PureSpelt cherry clafoutis
for 1 oven-proof dish of 26-28 cm diameter
Approx. 800 g of cherries, destoned
Butter to coat the oven-proof dish
5 table spoons of PureSpelt white flour
4 table spoons of sugar
4 table spoons of peeled almonds, ground
1 table spoon of vanilla sugar
1.5 dl of milk
1.5 dl of cream
Distribute the cherries evenly in the buttered oven-proof dish.
For the filling, briefly but thoroughly mix or stir all the ingredients together and pour over the cherries.
Bake for 30-35 minutes in the middle of an oven pre-heated to 200°C. Serve either lukewarm or cold.
Dust with icing sugar according to taste. As a special treat serve with whipped cream or vannila ice cream.
