for 4 desert dishes each with approx. 2 dl content
250 g of quark 75 g of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar 1 orange, grated peel 2 dl of cream, stiffly beaten
125 g of PureSpelt biscuits, crumbled 2-3 oranges, filleted, diced 3-4 tablespoons of orange juice or Grand Marnier
Orange zests and orange filets for decoration
Stir together the quark, sugar and vanilla sugar. Carefully fold in the grated orange peel and the cream.
Fill the desert dishes with alternating layers of quark cream, PureSpelt biscuit crumbs, diced orange and orange juice or Grand Marnier. Cover the dishes and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Decorate with orange zests and orange filets before serving.
