Preparation time: ca. 30 Minuten

für 1 Person

5 Esslöffel UrDinkel-Flocken
ca. 1,5 dl Milch oder Wasser
1/2 TL Vanillezucker
1 reife Birne, gerüstet, gewürfelt
2 Datteln, in Streifen geschnitten
2 EL Rahm

Garnitur

1 Dattel, in Streifen
einige Cranberries
1 TL Pistazien, fein gehackt

UrDinkel-Flocken, Milch oder Wasser, Vanillezucker und Birnenwürfel aufkochen. Unter gelegentlichem Rühren 5-10 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze kochen. Datteln und Rahm beifügen, nur noch heiss werden lassen.

UrDinkel-Birnen-Müesli in eine Schale geben, garnieren.

Tipp

Nach Belieben mit Zimt, Anis, Ingwer oder Zitronenschale aromatisieren.
