UrDinkel-Pancakes

Preliminary time: ca. 30 Minuten quellen lassen

Preparation time: ca. 40 Minuten

für 4 Personen

Teig

250 g UrDinkel-Weissmehl
2 Esslöffel Zucker
1 Teelöffel Backpulver
2,5 dl Milch
3 Eier
50 g Butter, flüssig, ausgekühlt
Bratbutter zum Backen

Garnitur

500 g Himbeeren
Ahornsirup oder Birnendicksaft
Puderzucker zum Bestreuen

Für den Teig Mehl, Zucker und Backpulver mischen. Mit der Milch anrühren. Eier und Butter gut darunter rühren. Zugedeckt 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.

Portionenweise 1-2 Esslöffel Teig in die heisse Bratbutter geben, Pancakes backen. Auf Teller geben, mit Beeren und Ahornsirup oder Birnendicksaft garnieren. Mit Puderzucker bestreuen.
