PureSpelt fennel/mint smoothie
to serve 4, 4 glasses each with a content of approx. 2.5 dl
300 g of fennel, cleaned and cut into pieces
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon of PureSpelt grass powder according to taste
1 apple, cored and cut into pieces
1 nut-sized piece of ginger, peeled and cut into thin slices
1 lime, use a little grated peel and the juice
3-4 tablespoons of PureSpelt flakes
1 pinch of salt
Honey or agave syrup according to taste
Approx. 4 dl of water or orange juice
1 tablespoon of almond butter

Place all the ingredients in a power liquidiser (blender) and mix until smooth and frothy. Transfer the liquid into bottles and drink while fresh.
