PureSpelt Chocolate Blackberry Porridge
Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes
for 2-3 servings
60 g PureSpelt flakes
40 g oats
50 g sunflower seeds
approx. 400 ml milk
pinch of salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
30 g dark chocolate, grated
250 g blackberries
grated dark chocolate
blackberries, some halved
oats or PureSpelt flakes and sunflower seeds
Add the flakes to a pot and toast, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the milk. Add the salt and cocoa powder, and place back over low heat, stirring constantly until it resembles porridge.
Add the chocolate and blackberries to the porridge, and heat up briefly. If necessary, add a little more milk or water. Place in bowls, then garnish.
Depending on the season, other fruits or berries can be used.
If desired, you can also add yogurt, quark or nut butters.
